*Payment of $108 to the Introduction class series reserves the space signed up for and is non-transferable to other Intro series. No refunds. If canceled 7 days prior to the first day of class, credit will be given for 5 single Primary Series classes.

**Kids/teen class packages are priced at a reduced rate from the single class drop-in rate, and depend on age group and class size, please contact OmMotion to arrange a class. If a child misses a class, and if another series is available for that same age group, a make-up class will be offered in that series. If only one class series is offered, no make-up classes will be available. Classes can not be made up in future sessions.

Gift certificates and private instruction are also available. Please contact for more information.

OmMotion accepts cash or checks payable to “Catherine Langer”. All class series packages are non-refundable.

class guidelines

Bring your own sticky yoga mat. If you forget yours, extra mats are available, however it is good to have your own mat for hygiene reasons.

Before class, make sure to sign in upstairs in the yellow room. If you are new, be sure to fill out a New Student Form. Please inform us of any injuries, or if you are pregnant.

Try to arrive on-time. If you are late, you are absolutely welcome to join, just please remember to sign-in after class.

Please hush your phones and leave your shoes in the entry way.

Practice with bare feet and please remove any jewelry, watches, etc.

Be generous with your space and allow room for other yogis.

It is recommended to not eat at least 2-3 hours before class, to achieve the full benefits.

It is recommended to not drink water while practicing yoga as it cools your body, and one of the benefits is to sweat and purify.

I came to OmMotion because a friend recommended it. I had never tried yoga before and I was nervous. I called Cat first and she encouraged me to come and just try it. Little did I know, but that small decision would change my life. Yoga at Ommotion is a warm, welcoming experience which at the same time is challenging. My body, and more importantly, my spirit, have become stronger and healthier. Catherine has guided me as an individual in this journey- she knows my injuries and where I can push myself further. I am constantly growing and improving. I love it there!

I like going to OmMotion because a lot of my friends are there and it is a great time. I like Cat's teaching because you get to know yourself better and you get to do more things that you couldn't before. Yoga and Cat as a teacher help you become one with yourself. Yoga helps you learn how to control your mind and body.
