*Payment of $108 to the Introduction class series reserves the space signed up for and is non-transferable to other Intro series. No refunds.

**Kids/teen class packages are priced at a reduced rate from the single class drop-in rate, and depend on age group and class size. Please contact OmMotion to arrange a class. If a child misses a class, and if another series is available for that same age group, a make-up class will be offered in that series. If only one class series is offered, no make-up classes will be available. Classes can not be made up in future sessions.

Block Session: Sign-up, Make up and Extension Policy:
We have some flexible wiggle room in our sessions. Students are allowed to make up your classes by attending other classes on the schedule. (Say if you regularly attend Tuesdays but miss a week, you may double up on classes to make them up in another week within the session.) You may also invite a friend to help you make up your classes provided we have space in our class. After the season dates are completed, no additional make-ups are permitted. You may join a block session after it has started, provided we have space. We will pro-rate your classes.

OmMotion accepts cash or checks payable to “Catherine Langer”. All class series packages are non-refundable.

class guidelines

Bring your own sticky yoga mat. If you forget yours, extra mats are available, however it is good to have your own mat for hygiene reasons.

Before class, make sure to sign in upstairs in the yellow room. If you are new, be sure to fill out a New Student Form. Please inform us of any injuries, or if you are pregnant.

Try to arrive on-time. If you are late, you are absolutely welcome to join, just please remember to sign-in after class.

Please hush your phones and leave your shoes in the entry way.

Practice with bare feet and please remove any jewelry, watches, etc.

Be generous with your space and allow room for other yogis.

It is recommended to not eat at least 2-3 hours before class, to achieve the full benefits.

It is recommended to not drink water while practicing yoga as it cools your body, and one of the benefits is to sweat and purify.

“If you are breathing, you are doing yoga.” That’s exactly what my Type-A, perfectionist self needs to hear from Catherine during yoga at OmMotion; not perfecting the poses, not reaching further than the other practitioners, not performing. While aerobic exercise is needed to burn off stress energy racing around in our bodies, yoga is perfect for sweeping out the stress energy in our minds. (That yoga also realigns and strengthens our bodies is a bonus!) Catherine is supportive and calm and helps us detach from the lists buzzing around in our heads for one-hour on our mats. Some days we’re stronger, other days more flexible; but it doesn’t matter, it’s not a competition, tomorrow will be another day of practice on the mat.
